Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide. If your address shows as undeliverable at checkout, we currently do not ship to your location.

Order Processing

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are processed the same business day.

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Processing may take longer during peak periods.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Transit Time: 6–15 business days depending on your location

  • Total Delivery Time (including processing): 7–18 business days

Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail, Yodel, and DHL. The carrier is selected based on your destination and the best available service.

Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. If tracking doesn’t update within 48 hours, please contact us.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

  • Delayed: Allow 1–2 extra business days beyond the estimated window.

  • Lost: If marked as delivered but not received, contact us immediately.

  • Damaged or Incomplete: Report within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos and keep the packaging.
